A Stoned high table of Tripura Judiciary and police: A muslim man Bador Jamatiya was held by local police for brutally killing a stray dog in Agartala Dist. Jamatiya has killed many other poor street animals in past but even after many complaints he was roaming free. In the night of March 11, 2025 Bador Jamatia tortured the poor dog and hanged him to a tree to die afterwards. He was so assured of Zero action taken by Police and court that he even made videos of his insanity, brutality and posted the videos on social media. The videos noticed by TMP ( Tipra Motha Party ) Supremo Shri Pradyot Bikram Manikya Deb Barma filed an FIR in this matter.

त्रिपुरा : वायरल वीडियो के अनुसार, जमातिया ने कुत्ते को बेरहमी से पीटा और बाद में उसे पेड़ से लटका दिया था मुस्लिम समुदाय के बदोर जमातिया ने. जमातिया पर पहले भी कई बार जानवरों की हत्या का आरोप है जज ने उसे जमानत दे दी है
अगरतला, त्रिपुरा की एक स्थानीय अदालत ने रविवार को एक युवक को जेल भेज दिया। युवक पर गली के कुत्ते की बेरहमी से हत्या करने का आरोप है।
एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि युवक को 11 मार्च को एक गली के कुत्ते की हत्या के आरोप में शनिवार को खोवाई जिले के वाक शिमालुंग पारा गांव से गिरफ्तार किया गया। युवक की पहचान बदोर जमातिया के रूप में हुई है और उस पर भारतीय न्याय संहिता (बीएनएस) की धारा 325 और पशु क्रूरता निवारण अधिनियम, 1960 की धारा 11 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।
पुलिस ने जमातिया को रविवार को खोवाई की एक अदालत में पेश किया और जज ने उसे जमानत दे दी। अधिकारी ने कहा कि जब कोई जमानतदार सामने आएगा, तो उसे रिहा कर दिया जाएगा।
पुलिस ने युवक को तब गिरफ्तार किया जब टिपरा मोथा पार्टी (टीएमपी) के सुप्रीमो और शाही वंशज प्रद्योत बिक्रम माणिक्य देबबर्मा ने सोशल मीडिया पर एक वीडियो देखने के बाद पुलिस में प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई, जिसमें युवक जानवर के साथ क्रूरता करते हुए पाया गया था।
देबबर्मा ने अपनी एफआईआर में कहा, “जमातिया को एक कुत्ते की बेरहमी से हत्या करते हुए (एक वीडियो में) देखा गया था, जब तक कि वह मर नहीं गया (उसे यातना देकर) कई बार पीटा गया।”
त्रिपुरा के पहले पशु कल्याण संगठन ‘पॉसम’ ने भी इस मुद्दे पर तेलियामुरा पुलिस स्टेशन में एक अलग एफआईआर दर्ज कराई। जमातिया की हरकत का वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर खूब फैला और पूरे राज्य में, खास तौर पर पशु प्रेमियों में इसके गंभीर परिणाम और व्यापक आक्रोश पैदा हुआ।
वायरल वीडियो के अनुसार, जमातिया ने कुत्ते को बेरहमी से पीटा और बाद में उसे पेड़ से लटका दिया। गिरफ्तार होने से पहले आरोपी फरार था।
पुलिस ने बताया कि जमातिया पर पहले भी कई बार जानवरों की हत्या का आरोप है, जिसमें गली के कुत्ते भी शामिल हैं। त्रिपुरा के पशु संसाधन विकास मंत्री सुधांशु दास ने भी इस जघन्य कृत्य की कड़ी निंदा की और पुलिस को बिना देरी किए अपराधी को गिरफ्तार करने के लिए तत्काल कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया था।
